Q: What type of accommodation is this?
A: Our accomodation is of high quality, very modern self service accomodation.  We offer a home away from home for those that wants to be independant and have control over their holiday. 


Q: Are bathrooms en-suite?
A: Yes each villa has a bathroom en-suite.


Q: Is there a restaurant?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a restaurant, however we are located in between Are Tamanu Beach and Aitutaki Beach Resort and it is a 2-5 minutes walking distance to the restaurants.  We do offer a full kitchen facilities in our accomodation which includes an oven, fridge, pots and pans and a kettle.   


Q: Is the accommodation suitable for children?
A: Yes absolutely.  We have 2 single beds on the top section of the villa which is quite exciting for young children away from the adults.  We are also right next to the beach so very fun for children to play in the sand and water. 


Q: How do we check if accommodation is available?
A: Presently, to check for availability you will have to contact us through email or via our Enquiries webpage. 


Q: Is there is a minimum length of stay?
A: Yes we require 3 days minimum to stay with us, however we may make considerations also.


Q: Can we hold an option whilst we check flight availability?
A: Yes you can, however we will require a 30% deposit to secure your booking.


Q:How do I guarantee my reservation?
A: Your reservation is guaranteed when full payment is made.  Payments can be made by Visa and Matercard and payment is required 2 months before arriving.


Q: What services are included?
A: We are self service, the linen and towels are changed every 3 days.  However there are extra linen provided should you need it.


Q: What is not included?
A: We do not provide inhouse service, we provide a self service accomodation just like a home away from home. 


Q: Can you arrange extra beds?
A: No, the villa has 1 king size bed and 2 singles.


Q: What are the cancellation charges?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival receive up to 55% refund of total charge. Cancellations within 30-days will not receive any refund. We recommend that customers purchase a trip cancellation insurance if you are concerned about cancellation fees. Other bank charges incurred for any refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.


Q: Do we need visas for Cook Islands?
A: Please check with your travel agent or visit the visit the Cook Islands Immigration webpage.


Q: Do I need a passport/ID card?
A: No we do not require any identifications. 


Q: Are air flights included?
A: No.  Please view Air Rarotonga at www.airraro.com for domestic flights from Rarotonga to Aitutaki.  Or Air New Zealand at www.airnewzealand.com for international flights to Rarotonga.


Q: How do I hire a car?
A: We can reccommend some of the local car rental places.]
